Agreement to Use Electronic Signature
By selecting the "Agree" button below, you are consenting to the use of an electronic signature for this Agreement to Use Electronic Signature, as well as any related agreements, contracts, proposals, or legal documents (collectively, "Agreement(s)"). You are encouraged to carefully read the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By selecting "Agree," you acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and your electronic initials hold the same legal weight as handwritten initials.
By selecting "Agree" using any device or method, you consent to the legally binding terms of this Agreement. Your electronic signature ("E-Signature") is as valid as a manual signature, and no certification authority or third-party verification is required to validate your e-signature. The lack of such certification will not affect the enforceability of your e-signature or any resulting agreement between you and Global Disposal Reduction Services, Global Disposal Consulting, or any related companies ("GDRS"). By proceeding, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement. If you prefer not to process this Agreement electronically, please email service@mypinplus.com to request a paper copy.
I understand and agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement to Use Electronic Signature. My e-signature is legally binding.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether acting individually or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and GDRS Consulting Inc ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”). Together, you and the Company are referred to as the Parties. These Terms govern your access to and use of the mypinplus.com website and any related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the "Site"). The Site provides an online marketplace for Waste and Recycling Services ("Marketplace Offerings") as well as other home services.
To ensure a secure environment for the use of the Site and Marketplace Offerings, all users must accept and comply with these Terms of Use, including the Service Agreement posted on the Site, which is incorporated by reference. By accessing the Site or using the Marketplace Offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site or the Marketplace Offerings and must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms or documents may be posted on the Site occasionally and incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive individual notice of each change. It is your responsibility to review these Terms to stay informed of updates periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Site is not intended for use in any jurisdiction or country where such use would violate local laws or regulations, or where it would require us to comply with registration requirements in that jurisdiction or country. If you access the Site from outside the designated service areas, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use the Site.
Billing Responsibility
The property owner is responsible for billing and payments. In the event a resident moves out, the homeowner remains responsible for ensuring that the service is paid for.
